Join us for a delightful hiking adventure to Mount Iimori, a picturesque destination surrounded by nature. This event will take place on Sunday, and we will meet at the gates of Shijo-Nawate station by JR Gakkentoshi line at 10:00 AM sharp. Don't be late as we will depart soon after (within 15 minutes).

To participate, there is a fee of 1000 JPY. Make sure to come prepared with suitable hiking attire, trekking shoes, a refreshing drink (1.5L - 2L), lunch, snacks, a hat for sun protection, and a towel. While wearing a hat is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to prevent fatigue caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If you collect temple stamps, bring your stamp book along for an opportunity to add another one to your collection.

The hiking difficulty level is rated as a 3 out of 10, making it suitable for hikers of various skill levels. Mount Iimori spans across Daito-city and Shijo-nawate city, reaching an elevation of approximately 314m. Get ready to immerse yourself in the tranquility of the wilderness and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The planned itinerary includes visiting Shijo-Nawate Shrine, Mitsukue Shrine, Gongen Waterfall, Nankoji Temple, and finally reaching the peak of Mount Iimori. After descending, we will walk to Nozaki station by JR Gakkentoshi line where the event will conclude. Please refrain from canceling within two days of the hiking day unless you have an important reason.
