It's finally September, and autumn has arrived, bidding farewell to summer. It's time for pumpkin spice lattes, autumn leaves, and Halloween preparations.

The TV Tower of Terror is Nagoya's largest free outdoor Halloween party, where hundreds of participants gather in costumes to celebrate the Halloween season.

This event is completely free. Bring your own drinks, and the format is flexible. Feel free to come as you please.
