This event requires a fee of 50k IDR, which is refundable if you cancel your attendance at least 24 hours before the event. Full payment and refund details are provided below. We will meet at TIM and conclude the tour with a lunch at Shophaus. Please ensure you arrive on time to join the group.

The tour duration is approximately 5 hours, including an optional lunch. Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather, and come with an open mind for cultural exploration. The tour will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

How to Register and Refundable Token Details:

• To complete your registration, transfer the registration fee of 50k IDR (approximately 3 USD) to account number 127-00-1170246-9 (name: Corrado Nai. Bank: Bank Mandiri).
• The fee is refundable if you cancel your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event or if you are on the waitlist.
• If you are on the waitlist, feel free to transfer the amount. Once spots become available, you will automatically secure a spot. If you remain on the waitlist, you will receive a refund.
• During the transfer, please indicate "JF-CWTours" and your name as it appears on your MeetUp profile to ensure proper tracking.
• If you are bringing guests, please transfer the fee for them as well. Include "JC-BookSwap [your name] +X guests" in the transfer.
• Take a screenshot of the transfer and send it to Andri via WhatsApp at 0811 188 880. Provide instructions for the refund (bank account number and name).
• For any refund-related inquiries, please contact Andri directly at WhatsApp number 0811 188 880.
• Please allow up to two weeks after the event for the refund process, as refunds will be processed in batches.
• It is crucial to indicate "JF-CWTours" and your name as it appears in the MeetUp app during the transfer. Failure to do so may result in the inability to track your payment.
• If spots are available on the day of the event, individuals who have not paid in advance can participate for a fee of 100k IDR.
