We had a problem with 10 accounts that were accidentally deleted. when users are flagged as spam, they are normally checked and deleted only if fraud is proven. However for these 10 accounts I went too fast (I clicked on the wrong button) and I deleted them directly without checking them. If this is your case, please send me a personal message, the email or the username concerned and I can restore the account. Unfortunately, the message history cannot be restored. We are sorry for this. This is the first time this has happened. I just added a security system to prevent ”good users” from being deleted.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Recently, a friend of mine here has just lost her account.
She told me that she can’t login and also she can’t register with the same email as she had been used before.
Also, in my inbox I couldn’t find her message and when I searched for her username I found nothing.
I wonder if she was being reported by someone and then got banned, but she told me that she didn’t do anything against the rules here.
I have no idea what is happening.
Whenever it is possible, could you do some cross-checking information?
Her username is ”ohlookitsmoon”.
Also, it would be great if you could somehow restore her account.
But if you couldn’t, at least we know what is happening.
And if you also need the email address I could tell you later.

Hello, when an account has been reported, it is first checked before being deleted if it does not respect the rules of the site.
