What to Expect

>> Connecting people worldwide! We are a close-knit international family, fostering connections between locals and foreigners, promoting cultural exchange, and providing opportunities to practice language skills.

Feeling lonely and eager to make new friends? Don't worry – you'll quickly find companionship! If you're attending alone, simply join a table participating in the pub quiz and ask if you can join. Alternatively, hop onto the Beer Pong table and request to play!

The meetup will be held at the spacious outdoor terrace of the Fox and Hound Bar (located to the right), offering a relaxed ambiance and a wide selection of drinks and food.

The bar's prime location is conveniently situated near the train station, making it easily accessible yet secluded from noise and distractions.

Large country flags will be displayed on our "language tables" to indicate the currently spoken language. Typically, we provide tables for German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more.

Your Contribution

For all participants, the entrance fee is €4. While we strive to keep this event non-commercial, your contribution helps cover the expenses involved in organizing this grand event and compensates for the countless hours dedicated to its planning every week. It also enables us to provide you with various complimentary items, including welcome shots and Soju. Please note that the availability of free shots is limited, so arrive early to secure yours!

Since we rent the Karlson club for the afterparty, a minimal cover charge of only €3 is required if you choose to join us at 10:00 PM onwards. This fee solely covers the cost of the party. However, if you decide to directly attend the Karlson club without prior participation in our event, a charge of €5 will be applicable. We aim to maintain affordable prices while ensuring our expenses are adequately covered, and we appreciate your understanding.

Important Advice

As space is limited and our events typically draw a large crowd, please RSVP for each meetup! Due to regulations, we cannot accommodate more than 220 attendees.

Although there is no fixed agenda, we highly recommend arriving early. Fortunately, we have never had to turn anyone away!
