NOTE: We start meeting at CAFE PERL on Saturday, October 21st and we stay there until the weather gets nice, usually in May.

GUEST SPEAKER: We have guest speakers about once a month and the speaker on October 21st will share about EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), a psychotherapy technique "that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences".

We implemented a free-will donation in 2022 to have greater sustainability for our groups, ask people to invest a bit, and hopefully cut-down on last minute cancellations and no-shows.

WE MEET OUTSIDE AT THE PARK UNTIL MID-OCTOBER. PLEASE BE ON TIME SO YOU DO NOT DISRUPT THE GROUPS.

We break into small groups of about 6-8 people each. Questions are provided for discussion. Be prepared to TALK and ASK each other questions. Please also be prepared to LISTEN. This is a conversational group. It is a fun and relaxing way to practice English for all levels!
