Hello there,

Join us every Friday for the Friday World Folks Meetup, where expats, tourists, and locals come together to make new friends, have fun, and learn new things. This event is open to everyone, regardless of language level or experience. Our friendly hosts will be there to welcome you and introduce you to other attendees. You'll feel right at home!

We have reserved a space for the meetup. Just ask the cafe staff for "Language Exchangers Shanghai" and they will guide you to us.

How does it work?

A. RSVP and make the payment before coming to the event.

B. Show the host the ticket you purchased to check in and receive a wristband.

C. Order at least one drink before taking a seat.

D. Find a seat, introduce yourself, start conversations, and enjoy chatting with other attendees. Feel free to change seats during the event.

Costs and Payment methods:

Online on WeChat mini-program (***Get a ¥5 refund on-site if you RSVP before Thursday 11:59 PM on meetup)

Female:

¥40 per person (Only 15 early bird spots available)

¥50 per person

Male:

¥50 per person (Only 15 early bird spots available)

¥60 per person

Add Eric's WeChat (Username: Shmeetup) to purchase tickets via the WeChat mini program. Registration is complete only after both RSVP and payment are made.

**All tickets include one free drink. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. Your credit will be transferred to the next event on the same day of the following week, but only if you couldn't attend the one you already paid for.

Check-in Time: 6:45-7:45 PM (Please inform Eric via the group chat if you will arrive between 7:45-8:15 PM with a message indicating your late arrival. No check-ins will be accepted after 8:15 PM)

If you can no longer attend the event, please update your RSVP to free up space. Thank you.

We are open to suggestions for group activities and would love to hear what you expect from this group.
