No worries if you're new or unsure about your language skills. Our friendly hosts will be there to welcome you and introduce you to other participants. You'll feel at home in no time!

We have reserved a designated area for the meetup. Simply ask the café staff for Language Exchangers Shanghai, and they will guide you to us.

How does it work?

A. RSVP and make payment on our meetup page before attending.

B. Show the host the ticket you purchased to check-in and receive a wristband.

C. Order at least one drink upon arrival.

D. Find a seat, introduce yourself, initiate conversations, and freely interact with fellow attendees. Feel free to change seats midway through the meetup.

Costs and Payment Methods:

Online payment is available through the WeChat mini-program. Get a ¥5 refund on-site if you RSVP before Thursday, 11:59 PM on meetup.

Female:

¥40 per person (Only 15 Early bird spots available)

¥50 per person

Male:

¥50 per person (Only 15 Early bird spots available)

¥60 per person

To secure your tickets, add Eric on WeChat (username: Shmeetup) and register through the WeChat mini-program. Your registration will be confirmed once you RSVP and complete the payment.

**All tickets include one free drink. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. In such cases, your credit will be transferred to the next event on the following Friday.

Check-in Time: 6:45-7:45 PM. If you arrive between 7:45-8:15 PM, please inform Eric in the group chat. No check-ins will be accepted after 8:15 PM.

We are open to suggestions for meetup activities. Feel free to propose any ideas or activities you'd like to see in our group.

Individuals who display rude, aggressive, or harassing behavior, or attend solely for dating purposes, may be removed from the group.
