Join us every weekend for the Sunday Afternoon World Mates Meetup! This event is a great opportunity for expats, tourists, and locals to come together, make new friends, and have a fun-filled afternoon. Whether you're a language pro or just starting out, our friendly hosts will make you feel welcome and introduce you to other attendees. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with people from different backgrounds and share your thoughts and opinions on various topics.

To find us at the venue, simply ask the bar staff for "Language Exchangers Shanghai." We have our own area reserved for the meetup.

Here's how it works:

A. RSVP and make your payment on our meetup page before coming to the event.

B. Show your ticket to the hosts for check-in and receive a wristband.

C. Enjoy your first welcome drink for free or order something else from the bar.

D. Find a seat, introduce yourself to others, and start engaging in interesting discussions. At 4:15 PM, we'll have a free networking chat where you can meet even more people.

The costs and payment methods are as follows:

Online payment via WeChat mini-program: Get a ¥5 refund on-site if you RSVP before Saturday 11:59 PM on meetup.

Female:

¥40/person (Only 15 Early bird spots available)

¥50/person

Male:

¥50/person (Only 15 Early bird spots available)

¥60/person

To purchase tickets, scan the QR code in the photo album below and complete the payment on the WeChat Mini Program. Your registration will be valid after payment is made.

Please note that all tickets include one free drink. Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled. In case you can't make it to the event you already paid for, your credit will be transferred to the next event on the same day of the following week.

Check-in time is from 3:00 to 3:30 PM. If you arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 PM, please inform Eric in the group chat that you'll be late. No check-ins will be accepted after 4:00 PM.

If you can no longer attend the event, please update your RSVP to free up space. Thank you!

Event Time: 3:00 - 6:00 PM every Sunday (Please arrive on time or a bit early and feel free to leave anytime)
