Ultimate Frisbee is a thrilling team sport played by thousands of players worldwide. Whether you're part of an Open, Mixed, or Women's team, this non-contact sport will challenge your throwing skills, stamina, and agility. What makes Ultimate Frisbee unique is its self-officiating nature and promotion of the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG). Fair play and a deep understanding of the sport's rules are essential. Don't worry if you're new to Ultimate Frisbee; it's a welcoming community where teams feel like family.

With a passion for learning languages and meeting interesting people, Alex established the English community, "Post English Time" (PET), in June 2011.
