About Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is an exhilarating, non-contact team sport played worldwide in Open, Mixed, and Women's teams. This fast-paced game requires players to have precise throwing skills, stamina, and agility. The unique aspect of Ultimate Frisbee is that it is self-officiated and promotes the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG), emphasizing fair play and in-depth knowledge of the game rules. It's a welcoming sport for newcomers, and many players consider their teams as their second family.
