Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact team sport that is played by thousands of people worldwide. It is a fast-paced game that requires sharp throwing skills, stamina, and agility. What sets ultimate frisbee apart is that it is self-officiating and promotes fair play. It's a sport that is intense yet newcomer friendly. Many ultimate frisbee players consider their teams as their family, spending a significant amount of time together.
