pronunciation and expressions?

First impressions are important. People notice how you speak when they meet you for the first time. It's crucial to sound good and speak well. The first aspect of this is pronunciation. Even the best words can sound unclear due to a bad accent. The second aspect is expressions. Even with a perfect accent, outdated expressions won't help you stand out.
If you want to communicate better and more confidently with your foreign colleagues, friends, or classmates, and make your spoken language a core competency in your job, then this is the course for you! Through the instructor's authentic teaching and living experiences in New York City, you will discover your potential in English speaking from a fresh perspective.
During this 8-hour workshop, you will practice both consonant and vowel sounds. You will also learn the elements that give English its special "music," such as stressing the right syllables in words, using natural-sounding melodies with rising and falling tones, and naturally connecting sounds and words.
Additionally, you will gain authentic American expressions for everyday life scenarios including greetings, parties, shopping, and traveling. You will also learn effective and efficient ways to practice pronunciation and learn English. This will enable you to speak English with confidence and easily capture the attention of your audience.
Your instructor for this workshop is Christina. She graduated from Columbia University with a major in curriculum and teaching, with a bilingual extension. Christina has 9 years of teaching experience in public and private schools in New York, as well as at Wall Street English in Beijing. She has helped hundreds of students find their own ways of learning English and realizing their dreams. With her perfect American accent, she will guide you towards your goal of speaking fluent English.
