About Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate frisbee is a thrilling team sport played worldwide by Open, Mixed, and Women's teams. With its fast-paced action, this non-contact sport requires players to develop excellent throwing skills, stamina, and agility. What sets ultimate frisbee apart is its unique self-officiating aspect, promoting the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG). Players not only understand the game and rules inside out but also value fair play. While being intense, ultimate frisbee is incredibly welcoming to newcomers. It's a sport that often forms close-knit teams, where players become like family.

In June 2011, I founded the English community "Post English Time" (PET) with the aim of creating a trustworthy and engaging platform that benefits others.
