About Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate frisbee is an exciting and non-contact team sport played worldwide in various divisions, including Open, Mixed, and Women's teams. Known for its fast-paced gameplay, ultimate frisbee requires players to possess exceptional throwing skills, stamina, and agility. It is the only sport recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) that is self-officiating and emphasizes the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG), promoting fair play and a deep understanding of the rules. Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer, ultimate frisbee offers an intense yet welcoming experience. Many players consider their teams as family, spending countless hours together both on and off the field.
