That's where the PET Cocktail Tasting and Mixology Workshop comes in.

Designed specifically for the PET community, this workshop offers an affordable and comprehensive way to learn about cocktails. Led by the talented Simon, an IT professional with a passion for mixology, this workshop will take you from a cocktail novice to a skilled mixologist in just 9 hours.

During the workshop, you'll not only gain a deep understanding of cocktail knowledge and culture but also have the opportunity to create and enjoy classic cocktails under Simon's expert guidance. By the end of the workshop, you'll be ready to impress your friends as the star of any bar or even host your own cocktail party with confidence.

Workshop 1: Cocktail Culture and Tasting

You will learn:

The past, present, and future of cocktails and their cultural significance
How to evaluate a cocktail
Introduction to bar tools and basic mixology techniques
How to make Gin & Tonic, Mojito, Whiskey Sour
Share your first cocktail experience with fellow participants

Workshop 2: Cocktail Classification and Social Etiquette

You will learn:

The six base spirits and various cocktail types
Practice techniques such as stirring, shaking, and muddling
How to make Tequila Sunrise, Negroni, Gin Fizz
Social etiquette for cocktail events

Workshop 3: Advanced Mixology and Cocktail Parties

You will learn:

The role of wine, liqueurs, and beer in cocktails
How to host a cocktail party at home
How to create your own signature cocktail
How to make Aperol Spritz, Martini, Cosmopolitan
Share your knowledge and experiences with fellow participants

Certified Mixologist Exam: Written Test + Mixology

Official PET Certified Mixologist Certificate

Opportunity to become a PET Party Intern Mixologist and participate in PET's cocktail social events to expand your network and enhance your skills
Free cocktail service for your friends and paid services for others
