Cocktail Tasting and Mixology Workshop

PET's new and old friends have been eager to participate in cocktail-related courses to gain a comprehensive understanding of cocktails. However, such courses are scarce and expensive, making them unnecessary for those who simply want to expand their knowledge and add excitement to their lives without becoming professional mixologists. That's why we have created PET's unique cocktail workshop. Led by the artistic and knowledgeable IT guru Simon, this workshop is the most informative, practical, and cost-effective cocktail tasting and mixology experience in the city. In just 9 hours, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of cocktail knowledge and culture, and under the guidance of the instructor, you will create several classic cocktails. Transform yourself from a novice to a versatile mixologist who can appreciate and create cocktails, and be the star of any bar outing with your friends. If you're willing, you can even host your own home bar or cocktail party and become the life of the party with interesting and delicious concoctions.

Workshop 1: Cocktail Culture and Tasting

What you'll learn:

The past, present, and future of cocktails, understanding their cultural significance
How to evaluate a cocktail
Familiarize yourself with the bar workstation and cocktail tools, practice basic mixology techniques
Learn to make Gin & Tonic, Mojito, and Whiskey Sour
Introduce yourself and share memories of your first cocktail

Workshop 2: Cocktail Classification and Social Etiquette

Simon is the epitome of a versatile individual. He has spent over a decade in a well-known tech company, becoming an IT guru. He loves running and has completed nine 100-kilometer races. He's also a film enthusiast, watching at least 100 movies a year and writing thoughtful reviews. His passion for mixology led him to become a certified mixologist, and he has transformed his home into a private bar, where he treats himself to a cocktail after work and frequently invites friends for climbing sessions.
