About Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport played worldwide. Whether you're part of an Open, Mixed, or Women's team, this game will challenge your throwing skills, stamina, and agility. What sets ultimate frisbee apart is its unique self-officiating system and emphasis on the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG), promoting fair play and sportsmanship. It's a sport that welcomes newcomers and fosters strong team bonds, often feeling like a second family.
