Whether you're part of an Open, Mixed, or Women's team, this fast-paced game will challenge your throwing skills, stamina, and agility. Ultimate is unique as it is self-officiated and promotes the Spirit Of The Game (SOTG), emphasizing fair play and sportsmanship. It's a welcoming sport for newcomers, where teams often become like family.
