That's why we offer PET's unique cocktail workshop, where you can learn everything about cocktails without breaking the bank or becoming a professional bartender. Our IT guru and professional mixologist, Simon, will guide you through the most practical and cost-effective cocktail workshop in Beijing. In just 9 hours, you will learn cocktail culture and knowledge, practice basic and advanced mixology techniques, and create classic cocktails while growing from a novice to a slash bartender. You can impress your friends at the bar or even host your own cocktail party like Simon.

Workshop 1: Cocktail Culture and Tasting

You will learn:

The history and culture of cocktails
How to evaluate a cocktail
How to use bartending tools and practice basic mixology techniques
How to make Gin & Tonic, Mojito, and Whiskey Sour
Introduce yourself and share your first cocktail experience

Workshop 2: Cocktail Classification and Social Etiquette

The six major cocktail spirits and their types
How to mix, stir, shake, and strain cocktails
How to make Tequila Sunrise, Negroni, and Gin Fizz
Social etiquette for cocktail events

Simon is a typical slash youth who has been working in a well-known American company for more than ten years and has become an IT guru. He loves running and has completed nine 100-kilometer races. He also loves movies and watches at least 100 movies a year, writing reviews for each one. He loves hanging out and mixing cocktails, becoming a certified mixologist after studying systematically and practicing repeatedly. He even set up his own home bar and often invites friends for drinks.
