EVENT OVERVIEW

Toronto is celebrated as one of the most diverse cities globally, and TorontoBabel is here to help you embrace that diversity! Unlike other language exchange groups that focus on a single language, we offer a platform to practice a variety of languages. In our gatherings, you’ll find native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more. Everyone from beginners to fluent speakers is welcome—don’t hesitate to join in!

HOW IT WORKS

At TorontoBabel, you’ll have the chance to teach others your native language while learning from them in return. Our participants usually form groups practicing various languages, and we'll guide you to the right ones. If you're comfortable seeking out native speakers on your own, feel free to do so!

If this is your first TorontoBabel event, be sure to say hello to our wonderful Event Organizers, FARINAZ and TERRY. They will assist you in connecting with native speakers of your desired language and introduce you to others eager to learn your language.
