Toronto is renowned as one of the most multicultural cities globally, and TorontoBabel provides the perfect opportunity to embrace this diversity! Unlike other groups that focus on a single language, TorontoBabel brings together native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more languages. Whether you're a beginner or a native speaker, all language learners are welcome!

HOW IT WORKS

TorontoBabel operates as a language exchange group, allowing you to share your native language with others while learning their native language in return. You'll find groups of people practicing French, Spanish, Korean, and more, and we'll gladly show you where they are. If you prefer to find native speakers of your favorite language independently, that's perfectly fine too!

If it's your first time attending a TorontoBabel event, make sure to introduce yourself to our Event Organizer, FARINAZ. They will help you connect with native speakers of your desired language and introduce you to those interested in learning your language as well.

To ensure a smooth experience, please approach us first so we can identify everyone.
