OVERVIEW

Toronto boasts being one of the most multicultural cities in the world, and TorontoBabel provides the perfect platform to embrace this diversity. Unlike other language groups that focus on a single language, TorontoBabel offers an unparalleled opportunity to practice a multitude of languages. Our gatherings attract native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more. Don't be shy! We welcome learners of all levels, from beginners to native fluency.

HOW IT WORKS

TorontoBabel is a dynamic language exchange group where you can both share your native language and learn from others. Throughout the event, various language groups will be practicing French, Spanish, Korean, and more, and we'll be happy to guide you to the appropriate groups. If you prefer to find native speakers of your desired language on your own, that's perfectly fine too!

If you're attending a TorontoBabel event for the first time, make sure to introduce yourself to our dedicated Event Organizer, Terry. He will gladly direct you to native speakers of your preferred language and even introduce you to those who are interested in learning your language.

Please approach us first so we can get to know everyone and ensure a smooth experience.
