CSTO/Polyglot Meeting #2: FRE/KOR/POR

NOTE:  THE  FIRST  MEETING  IS  ON  TUESDAY  JUNE  16th WE  ARE  HOPING TO  HAVE  ANOTHER  ON  THE  FRIDAY (19) FOR  FOLKS  WHO  CANNOT  ATTEND  DURING  THE  WEEK.

NOTE 2:  We are meeting at 7pm. Apparently the polyglot website only functions in 24hr Euro-clock so I  invited people to a super-early brunch. No, this is 7 in the evening. Thanks for including Canada in your system guys.

Hello Torontonians &   Ontarians

The CSTO (CouchSurfing  Toronto) Polyglot Club is offering a chance to learn and practice languages spoken less frequently than the language of business (english) in a live, group setting in downtown Toronto.

Tuesday, June 16th will be our first meeting. We are meeting at 7pm at Kilgours Bar (a quiet one) in the Annex area of Bloor St. West. The first half of our evening will be spent learning/practicing French the second will be spent learning/practicing Korean.

All are welcome to come for either half of the evening (so for either French/Korean) or to come for both. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME! We will help those who need to learn the basics, and depending on number of people interested, we will have separate groups for basic and advanced conversations.

Note on the club:

As a member both of the traveller's CouchSurfing.com community and Polyglot Club here, I hope that we can combine interests and members to make a sustainable group exchange club, in which we can expand the languages practiced and create a social scene for language exchange in the GTA. Thus, meetings will be posted here as often as we have them, and all are welcome.
