After a long, long wait, the newly-designed Gehry-built AGO is reopening on November 14th!!

From the AGO's website:

'Starting November 14, 2008 the AGO will reopen its doors to the public and unveil its transformed design, interactive galleries and inspirational art, beginning with three days of free admission:

Friday, November 14, 4 pm to 12 midnight
Saturday, November 15, 10 am to 12 midnight
Sunday, November 16, 10 am to 5:30 pm.'

There will also be lots of exciting outdoor activities on opening day, so I encourage everyone to join me in participating in this much-anticipated event!

P.S. You'll note that the day I've listed on the Polyglot event is actually two days after the grand opening itself.
