• Why should you attend our meetups?
• We have organized meetups in over 30 cities worldwide for the past 10 years, hosting over 50 meetups per month. These events have led to the creation of thousands of social connections, friendships, and relationships. We truly understand the needs of our members.
• We always ensure our groups have designated spaces, providing a comfortable and safe environment.
• At all our events, you will generally find a good gender balance (although not perfect).
• We charge a minimal event cost for a couple of reasons. Firstly, we compensate our hosts for their time and effort. Additionally, safety is our top priority. Selling tickets allows us to keep a record of attendees through online payments, promoting better behavior and accountability. We believe that free events often result in a lack of commitment and poor behavior, with people RSVPing but not attending. Our tickets help us improve safety, provide more accurate attendee estimates, achieve better gender balance, and encourage responsible behavior.
• Many free events mainly serve the interests of the organizers (and their close friends), who use them as marketing platforms for their products or services, or as a means to gain access to members of the opposite gender. We have never seen organizers of free events do them for altruistic reasons. They often have undisclosed, questionable motives. We, on the other hand, only organize our events to benefit our members and cover our costs.

• We have 3 meetup groups in Brussels with over 9,100 members, and we will be inviting members from all those groups to attend. Members of other groups who RSVP are included as guests of the organizer to give you an idea of the expected number of attendees.
• We are not a dating group. Our events are not designed to manage your dating life. Our group is created to help individuals meet like-minded people.
