● Meeting point: Old Melbourne Gaol, 377 Russell St, Melbourne (located on the street). The nearest train station is Melbourne Central. For detailed pickup information, please refer to this document: Pickup Information.
● Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
● Allow sufficient time for any unexpected delays in reaching the meeting point.
● Note that traffic may cause delays on the return trip, so avoid scheduling flights or other commitments immediately after the tour.
● Food and Drinks: Our trips are budget-friendly, but we do not provide meals or beverages. We recommend bringing snacks for the day. You can also purchase food and drinks at various stops along the way.

● Refund and Transfer Policy:
* No refunds will be issued for missed buses; please allow ample time for travel delays. Cancellations made 7 days before the event will incur a 50% fee, while cancellations made 4 days before will incur a 100% fee.
* For refunds or transfers, please utilize Eventbrite's refund feature rather than email.
* We are not liable for delays caused by traffic. Changes to the itinerary due to delays are not refundable.
* Ticket transfers to another individual are not permitted. Tickets can only be transferred once and are non-refundable thereafter.

● Kangaroo and Boroka Lookout Information:
- You have a 90% chance of spotting kangaroos at the Grampians. We know the best locations, but cannot guarantee their presence.
- As wild animals, kangaroo sightings can vary. We do our best to find them for you.
- The Boroka Lookout is an optional stop and depends on timely returns to the bus. If attendees are consistently late, we may skip this stop to ensure timely returns to Melbourne. Our guides will assist in keeping everyone on schedule, so please aim to be back at the bus 5 minutes early.
