* No refunds will be given if you miss the bus. Please allow sufficient time for travel delays when getting to the meeting point. Refunds or date transfers made 7 days prior to the event/tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds or date transfers made 4 days prior will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
* To request a refund or date transfer, please use Eventbrite's Refund feature (do not email us).
* We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic. Changes to the itinerary in such cases are not eligible for refunds or reimbursements.
* Transferring or reselling tickets to another person is not permitted.
* Tickets can be transferred once, and additional date transfers cannot be provided. Once tickets are transferred to another date (or person), they cannot be refunded.
