● Refund and transfer policy:
- No refunds if you miss the bus. Allow for travel delays.
- 50% cancellation fee for refunds or date transfers made 7 days prior to the event/tour date.
- 100% cancellation fee for refunds or date transfers made 4 days prior.
- Use Eventbrite's Refund feature for refunds or transfers, not email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic. Itinerary changes due to traffic are not eligible for refunds.
- Ticket transfer/resell is not permitted, and additional date transfers are not available.

● Kangaroos and Boroka Lookout:
- There's a 90% chance of seeing kangaroos, but we cannot guarantee their presence.
- Kangaroos are wild animals, and their behavior is beyond our control.
- Boroka Lookout is subject to timely return of attendees. Latecomers may miss this stop. Please be punctual and back to the bus 5 minutes early.
