● Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the listed start time/departure time of the tour.
● Allow sufficient time for any unexpected travel delays getting to the meeting point.
● Note that there may be traffic delays on the way back, so it is advisable not to book any immediate plans after the tour. Food and drinks:
● While our bus trips are super affordable, we do not provide food or drinks. We recommend bringing some snacks for the day. You can also purchase food and drinks at the stops during the trip.

* We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, and changes to the itinerary in such cases are not eligible for refunds/reimbursements.
* Ticket transfer/resale to another person is not permitted.

● Kangaroos and Boroka Lookout: Please note:
- There's approximately a 90% chance of seeing kangaroos in the Grampians, but we cannot guarantee their presence.
- Kangaroos are wild animals, and while we know their hotspots, we cannot control their behavior.
- The visit to Boroka Lookout is dependent on attendees returning to the bus on time. If attendees are consistently late, the group may not be able to visit this stop. Please ensure you are back at the bus 5 minutes early to avoid any inconvenience.
