If you're in Melbourne during the winter season, you can't miss visiting the Mount Buller snow field and resort! Join the New To Melbourne group as we embark on a trip to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and sightseeing in the snow.

We will be traveling in a comfortable 57-seat coach equipped with air-conditioning and heating. New To Melbourne is known for providing affordable trips, transfers, and events for international students, travelers, and locals, and our Mount Buller trip is no exception!

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the snow, including tobogganing, sledding, skiing, snowboarding, building snowmen or snow figures, sightseeing, or even having a friendly snow fight with your friends.

IMPORTANT: Most of our bus services to Mount Buller sell out quickly. Attendees must purchase tickets in advance in order to board the bus in the morning. Cash payments will not be accepted at the pickup location.

However, you are welcome to bring your own equipment as there is ample room on the coach.

Bus departs from: Old Melbourne Gaol (377 Russell St, Melbourne VIC 3000). The closest station is Melbourne Central Station, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

Departure from Melbourne: 5:30 AM

Departure from Mount Buller: 4:00 PM

Return to Melbourne: 9:00 PM

Many families enjoy visiting the toboggan park or arranging ski/snowboarding lessons for their kids. You can purchase a toboggan park pass at the equipment store we will be visiting on the way. Simply speak to the staff at the equipment store on the day.
