Hello fellow polyglots,
It's time Adelaide got its first Polyglot Meeting! As a newly accepted admin of Polyglot Club SA I'd like to encourage the exchange of languages and cultures to help people connect, understand each other, and... have fun!
I have beautiful memories of Polyglot Club Sydney, a weekly meeting held on the rooftop of a hotel where tens of polyglots from all over the World gathered and discussed in a beautiful mix of languages and cultures. I made friends with awesome people thanks to it and I would love to replicate that feeling here in Adelaide.
A tentative date has been set in a month's time, but what I am really hoping at this point is to have your feedback to see if an event would be attended by as many polyglots as possible :) There are potentially almost 200 registered members in this area, plus MeetUp and Couchsurfing people from all over the World whom we can invite at a later stage, once we have something in palce.
So any questions, hints, advice... very appreciated. Thanks for reading and participating in the discussion. Let's do this!

brodiciusJuly 2013 I'm up for it. Any thoughts as to where it might be held? |
FilippoPappalardoJuly 2013 Hi brodicius, thanks for the reply!
It could be in one of the convenient venues located in the Adelaide CBD, where there are already regular small languages meetings. In fact I'd like to ask for advice/help to some of the guys in the MeetUp scene and maybe get them involved.
Please feel free to propose alternatives if you have any suggestions
