Join us this upcoming Friday for an exclusive experience at the Mate Club, where we will delve into the cultural tradition of mate and its significance in Argentine culture.

This event will be led by Agronomist Nahuel Trípodi, designed for those eager to learn about the rich history, production process, and the ritual surrounding mate.

Throughout the evening, we will investigate the origins of yerba mate, its properties, and the various types and consumption levels, both in Argentina and around the globe. Additionally, we will discuss sustainable agricultural practices in the organic production of certain yerba mate varieties.

Participants will gain insights into essential accessories such as the mate, bombilla, and thermos, along with a step-by-step guide on how to use them to brew the perfect mate.

The workshop will conclude with a discussion on the role of mate in our daily lives, sharing experiences that highlight why this ritual holds such importance for Argentines.

Following the Mate Workshop, we will continue with the classic language exchange session (English and Spanish) hosted by the Mate Conversation Club.

What is the cost?

Admission to the complete Mate Workshop + Language Exchange is $5,000 ARS. Payment can be made via transfer to the alias mateclub2024 or in cash at the venue.

For subscribers of the Mate Conversation Club, attendance is free of charge.
