Welcome to Spanglish Saturday Language Exchange in Palermo!

Join us every Saturday at 7:00 PM starting October 19, 2024, for a vibrant language exchange experience designed to elevate your Spanish skills while having a blast! Our unique format pairs you with native speakers in engaging 10-minute conversations throughout each two-hour session. By attending just two times a week, you’ll connect with an extraordinary number of language enthusiasts.

While there’s no magic shortcut to mastering Spanish, our Spanglish events make the journey enjoyable! The evening kicks off with a 30-minute check-in where you’ll meet fellow participants—around half are newcomers at each gathering! After some fun ice-breaking, you’ll move to your designated table for your first one-on-one conversation. Don’t stress about making mistakes; everyone is here to learn together! You’ll alternate speaking 5 minutes in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before switching to new partners. Before you know it, you’ll be so engrossed in the experience that learning becomes second nature!

What do we discuss at Spanglish?
The conversation topics are entirely up to you! From superheroes to favorite eateries, it’s a relaxed setting where you can chat about what you love—making language practice enjoyable and meaningful!

Our events attract a diverse crowd, including study-abroad students, international scholars, local Argentine students honing their English skills, and anyone seeking a friendly, affordable atmosphere to enhance their conversation abilities.

Entry is AR$5000 at the event.

Our sessions include a series of quick 10-minute conversations with native speakers, ensuring you make the most of your time. While there’s no shortcut to Spanish fluency, the fun you’ll have at Spanglish will make you forget you are learning! Start your evening with a 40-minute check-in, meet new friends, and dive into your first conversation without fear of mistakes—everyone is here to support each other! Engage in 5 minutes of English followed by 5 minutes of Spanish before rotating to new partners. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you start to feel comfortable!
