Curious about how our language exchange works? Join us for an engaging evening every Thursday at our Spanglish Thursday Language Exchange in Palermo!

During each two-hour session, you'll be paired with native speakers for a series of dynamic 10-minute conversations. By attending just twice a week, you can maximize your practice with an impressive number of conversation partners!

Achieving fluency in Spanish takes time, but with Spanglish, you'll enjoy the journey! The event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in where you can meet fellow Spanglishers—about half of our attendees are new each week. After some fun ice-breaking, you’ll be seated with your first conversation partner. Forget about making mistakes; everyone is here to learn! Each round consists of 5 minutes of conversation in English followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, and then it's time to switch partners. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you won't even realize you're learning!

What do we discuss at Spanglish? The choice is yours! There are no fixed topics—we chat about anything from our favorite superheroes to our go-to restaurants. It's the perfect way to practice a new language in a relaxed setting while discussing subjects you’re passionate about!

Who joins us at Spanglish? Our community includes study abroad participants, international students, local Argentine learners of English, and anyone seeking a welcoming, affordable place to enhance their conversational skills.

What is the cost to participate? The fee is AR$5000 per event.

► How does the session unfold? After a 40-minute check-in, you’ll get to know fellow Spanglishers before moving to assigned tables for your first conversation. Each round is 5 minutes in English followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, allowing you to switch partners and meet new people. With each rotation, the fun keeps increasing—you’ll forget that you’re actually learning!
