Curious about how it works? You'll be matched with native speakers for a series of engaging 10-minute conversations throughout our two-hour sessions. By attending just two times a week, you can connect with an incredible number of native speakers, significantly accelerating your language learning journey.

Learn more about the event dynamics

While there are no shortcuts to mastering Spanish, our Spanglish sessions are so enjoyable that you won't even think about taking one! The event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in, allowing you to mingle with fellow attendees—many of whom will be new faces! After some ice-breaking, you'll be assigned to a table for your first one-on-one discussion. Don't stress about making mistakes; your conversation partner is likely feeling the same way! You’ll chat for 5 minutes in English, switch to 5 minutes in Spanish, and then rotate to a new partner. By the time you reach your second rotation, you’ll be having so much fun that you might forget you’re learning!

What topics can you discuss at Spanglish? The choice is yours! There are no restrictions on topics—we cover everything from favorite superheroes to beloved restaurants. This makes practicing another language enjoyable and relatable, all while you relax and socialize.

Who can participate in Spanglish? We welcome study abroad students, international learners, local Argentine students honing their English skills, and anyone seeking a flexible, affordable, and friendly environment to develop their conversation abilities.

What is the cost of participation? Each event is priced at AR$5000. For those interested in a package deal, you can secure access to four events for AR$17500, which also includes free access to our virtual language exchange sessions!

►How to Join?
Simply head over to the bar during check-in time, and a friendly Spanglish staff member will assist you with registration!

►How Does It Work?
As mentioned, you will be paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations. The event begins with a 40-minute check-in period, giving you a chance to meet other participants—about half of whom are joining for the first time! After some ice-breaking chat, you’ll be directed to your first conversation partner. Each conversation consists of 5 minutes in English followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, allowing you to rotate and meet multiple partners throughout the evening. By the second round, we guarantee you’ll be so engaged that you’ll forget you’re even learning!
