Fluency in Spanish doesn't come easy, but with Spanglish, you'll be having so much fun that you won't even notice you're learning! Our event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in, where you can mingle with fellow language enthusiasts. Approximately half of our attendees are new each week, making it the perfect opportunity to meet new friends. After some ice-breaking, you'll head to your designated table for your first one-on-one chat. Don't worry about making mistakes—everyone is here to learn! Each session consists of 5 minutes of English followed by 5 minutes of Spanish, after which you'll switch partners. By the time you reach your second rotation, we guarantee you’ll be enjoying the experience so much that you’ll forget you’re practicing a new language.

What topics do we discuss?
The conversation is entirely up to you! There are no fixed themes, so feel free to share your thoughts on anything from favorite superheroes to beloved restaurants. This laid-back atmosphere is the ideal setting to practice your language skills while chatting about subjects you are passionate about!

Participants include study abroad students, international students, local Argentinians learning English, and anyone seeking a friendly, cost-effective, and relaxed environment to enhance their conversational skills.

Simply head to the bar during the check-in time, and our friendly Spanglish staff will assist you with the registration!

During the first 40 minutes, get to know your fellow Spanglishers—many of whom will be new just like you! After some ice-breaking, you’ll move to your assigned table for your first conversation. There’s no need to stress about mistakes; everyone is here to learn together. Alternate between 5 minutes of English and 5 minutes of Spanish, switching partners each time. By the end of your second rotation, you’ll be having such a great time that you’ll forget you’re learning a new language!
