Join us for the Spanglish Thursday Language Exchange Palermo!

Experience the thrill of connecting and conversing with native speakers in a fun and interactive way. During each session, you will be paired with different language partners for 10-minute conversations, allowing you to practice and improve your language skills.

At Spanglish, there are no shortcuts to fluency, but who needs one when learning a language can be so enjoyable? The event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in period, where you can meet and socialize with fellow Spanglishers. Don't worry about making mistakes, everyone is in the same boat! Then, you'll be assigned to a table for your first one-on-one conversation. You'll spend 5 minutes speaking in English and 5 minutes in Spanish, before moving on to a new conversation partner. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're even learning!

There are no specific topics at Spanglish. You can talk about anything you want, from your favorite superheroes to your favorite restaurants. It's the perfect opportunity to practice another language while hanging out in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Who attends Spanglish? Our events attract a diverse crowd, including study abroad students, international students, local Argentine students studying English, and anyone seeking a flexible, affordable, and comfortable space to enhance their conversation skills.

The cost to attend is AR$2000 per event, or you can get our Spanglish package for 4 events at AR$7100. Alternatively, you can also join our virtual language exchange events for FREE.

►HOW TO JOIN?

Simply come to the bar during the check-in time, and our friendly Spanglish Staff will assist you with the registration process!

►HOW DOES IT WORK?

During each two-hour session, you will be paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations. Attending just two times a week for 2 hours each time will provide you with the opportunity to meet and practice with an unparalleled number of native speakers.

There are no shortcuts to Spanish fluency, but who needs one when Spanglish is so much fun? The event begins with a 40-minute check-in period, where you can meet other participants. Approximately half of the attendees are new at each event, so you'll always have the chance to make new connections. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll be assigned to a conversation table. Don't worry about making mistakes, because your conversation partners are in the same boat as you! You'll spend 5 minutes speaking in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to a new group. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you won't even realize you're learning.
