The Use of Arabic with English or French

We will discuss the subject of classic Arabic language , why non natives are more interested in learning it more than native speakers , how to make other people pay more attention to it?  the place of English in Algeria , is the Algerian ready to be a Polyglot since birth ? how to promote a diverse linguistic environment? we will meet with each other from the Neighboor wilayas such as Saida, Relizan , Mascara , Mostaghanem etc .
