Why don't you postpone the date of the meeting so that secondary/ middle school teachers can join you in their free time. I suppose you know when teachers have a day-off.

i thought 18:00 works for all the folks. You can post (as a comment) a date&time and see who could join you, the lounge is available any time. greetings.
