• To begin with, one of the biggest problems that older women facing is the stereotype of housewife work being a natural obligation.

• Nowadays, the civilization asserts that the ability of women to maintain the organization and the cleaning is a gift of their nature.

• For example, “cooking, cleaning, caring, being teacher and nurse …” is the responsibility of them for love to their family.

• To solve this problem, the society, principally children and husbands within families should change these ideas.

• For instance, the education in the houses and schools, also the policies could consider the domestics task a job done by women as any other job.

• As a result of such action, the older women will have the same opportunities for do other different jobs to be housewife.
