Hello! I recently relocated to Ihla São Miguel, Azores, Portugal from the United States. I’m learning European Portuguese and would love to meet Portuguese speakers from São Miguel so I can develop a better ear for the local Michalense dialect. My Portuguese language level is about A2. I can communicate well enough to get through shopping and other daily activities but it’s a struggle! If you’re a European Portuguese speaker who is also learning English, maybe we can help each other :) ********** Olá! Mudei-me recentemente dos Estados Unidos para a ilha de São Miguel, Açores, Portugal. Estou a aprender português europeu e gostaria de conhecer falantes de português de São Miguel para poder aprender melhor o dialeto local Michalense. O meu nível de português é cerca de A2. Consigo comunicar suficientemente bem para fazer compras e outras actividades diárias, mas é uma luta!
