inta bou kamneis:  how are you? in the Cypriot dialect of Cyprus [ell-cyp] Ίντα μου κάμνεις;

*Πώς είστε and *Πώς είσαστε;

The verb "to be" has two forms, in the course of conjugation, but the notion and the use of both is correct.
