Seeing the two words, people usually consider them to be the same, but they actually have different meaing.
漢語/汉语 means the language(s) and dialects spoken (and written) by Han people.
中文 means the language(s) and dialects written (and spoken) by Chinese, and may also by minority. This 中 is ambiguous, because it may refer to Han or Chinese of all ethnic groups, People's Republic of China or Republic of China or the whole China.
