When we want to use more numbers this happens:

*20- بیست- bist
Numbers 11 to 19 are, as it is the case in many languages, slightly irregular:
* 11 - یازده - yāzdah
* 12 - دوازده - davāzdah
* 13 - سیزده - sizdah
* 14 - چهارده - ch'hārdah
* 15 - پانزده - pānzdah / punzdah
* 16 - شانزده - shānzsah / shunzdah
* 17 - هفده - hifdah
* 18 - هجده - hijdah
* 19 - نوزده - nuzdah

*30- سی- si
- note that Afghans and Tajiks say "hibdah" instead of "hifdah" for 17

*40- چهل- chehel
These are the higher numbers:

*50- پنجاه- panjah
*20 - بیست - bist

*60- شصت- shast
*30 - سی- si

*70- هفتاد- haftad
*40 - چهل - chehel

*80- هشتاد- hashtad
*50 - پنجاه - panjāh

*90- نود- navad
*60 - شصت - shast

*100- صد- sad
*70 - هفتاد - haftād

*1000- هزار- hezar
*80 - هشتاد- hashtād

For numbers after 1000 it is like that:
*90 - نود- navad

*2000= 2*1000 (دو هزار- do hezar)- 3000=3*1000 (سه هزار- se hezar) and... (all the other ones follow the same rule. It is also the same for million and billion and...
*100 - صد- sad

Look how we say this number:
*1000 -هزار - hezār

*5923: پنج هزار و نهصد و بیست و سه (panj hezar o noh sad o bist o se/ o means and)
If you want to say 21, 22, etc you have to use و ("o" = "and") and the numbers 1-9 from above.

* 21 - بیست و يك - bist-o-yek
* 22 - بیست و دو - bist-o-do

For numbers after 1000 it goes like that:

*2000= 2*1000 (دو هزار - do hezār)

*3000=3*1000 (سه هزار - se hezār)

and all the other ones follow the same rule. It is also the same for million and billion and...
