Il regroupe les nations Celtiques des Asturies, de Galice( Espagne ), d'Acadie ( Canada), de Bretagne (France), de Cornouailles, Pays de Galles, Ïle de Man (G-B) et les pays : Australie, Argentine, Cuba, Irlande, Ecosse, Nouvelle-Zélande et Mexique. | |||
Chaque année une nation différente est mise à l'honneur. La première fut la Galice en 1994 et la dernière la Bretagne en 2020 pour le 50ème anniversaire. | |||
