If we know that the action will not be finished or will be repeated, the future in Russian is formed from an imperfective verb.

Here is the formula:

the conjugated auxiliary verb быть (to be) + infinitive of the imperfective verb

Let's learn the conjugation of the verb быть in the future:

  • я буду
  • ты будешь
  • он / она / оно будет
  • мы будем
  • вы будете
  • они будут

Examples of future:

  • Я буду ждать от тебя письма.

I will wait for a letter from you.

  • Ты будешь ужинать?

Are you going to dinner?

  • Она будет приходить к тебе каждый день.

She will come to see you every day.

  • Мы не будем тебе мешать.

We will not bother you.

  • Вы будете скучать по нам?

Will we miss you?

  • Они не будет тебе доверять после этого.

They will not trust you anymore, after that.
