I have done or I have been doing

In the most of the sentences both of them can be correct but there is different between them:

1-some verb can't get "ing" such as "like -love-hate and ..." for these verbs we can just use present perfect that means I have done

2- another different is , present perfect ( i have done ) mostly use for actions that were starting in the past and finish now but present perfect continues (i have been doing) just use for actions that were starting in tge past and now still is continueing
