Punctuation marks - Σημεία στίξης
The punctuation is symbols used in written speech but obviously also in oral speech. The punctuation was an indispensable part of speech.As you can see, there are a few key features that distinguish Greek punctuation. You need to be aware of them from the very beginning of learning the language to be able to write and understand the texts you read correctly.
That is, with the help of punctuation, we can give a corresponding fluctuation to our voice (intonation) and succeed in sending our message to correspondents in the best possible way. The punctuation rules will help to write more clearly and effectively and the speech will to make it easily understood.
Σημεία στίξης
Σημεία στίξης είναι ένα σύνολο από «σημάδια» που χρησιμοποιούμε στο γραπτό αλλά εμφανώς και στον προφορικό λόγο.
Μας βοηθούν να τον οργανώσουμε σωστά και να τον ζωντανέψουμε, κάνοντας διάφορες παύσεις ,χρωματίζοντας τον τόνο της φωνής μας, ανάλογα με το μήνυμα που θέλουμε να στείλουμε. Με τα σημεία στίξης δηλαδή, δίνουμε ανάλογη κύμανση στη φωνή μας(επιτονισμός) και πετυχαίνουμε να στείλουμε με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο το μήνυμά μας, έτσι ώστε ο δέκτης να μπορεί να το κατανοήσει, π.χ. να καταλάβει αυτό που επιθυμούμε να εκφράσουμε π.χ, θαυμασμό, ερώτηση, έκπληξη κ.λ.π.
