Rules

Giving your opinion in Swahili (individual language) is quite simple. To express your opinion, you can use the following phrases:

  • Niwapelekea - I think
  • Nipende - I like
  • Sipendi - I don't like
  • Ninapenda - I love
  • Sipendi sana - I don't like it very much

To make a negative statement, you can add the word "siyo" before the phrase. For example:

  • Siyo niwapelekea - I don't think
  • Siyo nipende - I don't like

You can also use the verb "kuwa" to express your opinion. For example:

  • Kuwa niwapelekea - I think
  • Kuwa nipende - I like
  • Kuwa sipendi - I don't like
  • Kuwa ninapenda - I love
  • Kuwa sipendi sana - I don't like it very much
